"We live in Mt. Pocono PA about 4 hours out of Baltimore. We were planning to attend the Ravens vs Titans game on Saturday 1/11/20. We have purchased tickets day of and on the drive to baltimore (6PM) 2 hours before the game, ticket IQ canceled our tickets. Here we are ticketless 2 hours before the game 2 hours away from home. Than they called us and told us to buy another $650 tickets! We’re now about $1300 in the hole. We buy another pair of tickets in hope to make the most out of the trip and still attend the game. We think our situation is fine until an hour later (7:30PM) where they cancel these tickets! The game starts in 45 minutes and we are 25 minutes out of baltimore with no tickets! This is unbelievable. No one picked up our calls or helped us in this emergency situation and to this day 3 days after the traumatic experience, the money is still not refunded to my bank account! NEVER USE TICKETIQ! Don’t go through the same thing I did, It’s not worth it trust me. You’re better off buying tickets from anywhere else."
