"I purchased 2 tickets to watch the Miami Heat vs Atlanta Hawks on October 29th and was immediately charged however after about 1.5 hours I never received my tickets. I called the support line and spoke to Brian who told me my tickets were unavailable but he would secure tickets in a nearby section and call me back.... 2 hours passed and Brian never called... I called back and told me those tickets weren't available either but he would secure me tickets in another section and call back... i never heard back from Brian and whenever I called no one would pick up. -2 hours before tip i received a generic email saying the tickets i purchased were unavailable and i wouldn't be able to attend.
Ended up purchasing tickets via stubhub with no problems.
