"I went online to TicketNetwork to purchase tickets to a Blues Event at St. Michelle Winery in Woodinville WA. As soon as I made the purchase paying two additional exorbitant prices added to the ticket price, I receive my confirmation saying I had just purchased tickets to the Jazz event. I IMMEDIATELY contacted them to say WRONG CONCERT but they took three days to get back to me. Told me they couldn't do anything about exchanging them for the event I wanted (I offered an exchange fee, and to pay as much or more for the tickets I wanted). Now I am stuck with $255. worth of two tickets for an event I did not and do not plan to go to. I am on a fixed income and am stuck. Now I cannot attend the wonderful once a summer concert I planned to attend. Instead, I'll be paying off a credit card for an event I didn't order. VERY unhappy. "

"Your administration fees are extortionate. Also, why is there not an option to just get tickets by email? Seems very odd in this day and age."
