Doing Too Much

"That's what my students would say. First, the ticket was a great price. Then, after I fall in love with the seat, I'm hit with a $50+ charge, and lastly, a $15 MAILING fee. Wait, what? What ever happened to leaving the ticket at the box office or Will Call? And it's not even mailed by regular mail. No. Fed Ex. You know what that means; Someone has to be here to sign for it! I'm at work, not going to take a day off to sit around and wait for Fed Ex to arrive (between 8 am and 8 pm). Doing too much. Don't think I'll use this company again."

Choice of seating

"I was just surprised that I could not choose where to sit. Gave us 1-27 which were the rows. No one really to ask and when I pay over $70 per ticket, I want good seats. I have never been to this venue so hoping for the best. I was hoping there might have been a picture of the interior, but could not find one. I guess I'm used to seeing before buying but I trust you so hoping for great seats.

Otherwise it went smoothly. Thank You !!

"I was able to purchase the tickets online but to be charged $223.00 for a Service Fee for (2) tickets is way too high. In the future i will look for alternative sources to purchase tickets. The fee came out to be 28% of the ticket price...far too high for purchasing online."

"I bought tickets to see James Taylor at Tanglewood MA as a gift for my sister who lives in Boston. I live in Texas. On the web page when ordering it gives the option to have a separate shipping address different than the billing address. So I put down her address as the shipping address and mine as the billing. Today I get a call that you can only deliver the tickets to the billing address and that the tickets may not be sent to me until a week or so before the concert. Unfortunately I will be out of the country that week so may not get home in time to get the tickets and then send them to her. This is a BIG problem!!"

A little nervous

"I tried to purchase on line, but had difficulty so I called. The lady I talked to was super friendly and helpful. I could not tell from the website, though, that I was dealing with a third party vendor. Now I bought the tickets for an event in August. Once printed I noticed "partially obscured." I would not have picked those seats had I known before. These are a gift. "

"The agent did not tell me these were tickets with an obsrtucted view. That is a must for me!!!!!! Will not use them again!!!!"
