"when I got to the gate, my ticket didn't work they had told me it wasn't valid and that I had to go to the ticket office, they didn't know what happened they asked where I got it from and they told me it wasn't a official ticket, I was greatful that they printed and gave me a new ticket. I wasn't impressed if they told me that wasn't going to get a new ticket. since I had travelled a very long distance. This isn't A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I thought I brought this from a real ticket office!!!

"When I tried to enter the venue, the tickets were rejected. They said they were already used. When I contacted your customer service, they couldn't do anything to help me. The seller had no other tickets to replace these and ticket network assumed no responsibility nor did they help me to get into the show. I am livid.
