" This company is fraudulent. Their email box is "unmonitored", the "live chat" is a robot, and calling the line only takes me in automated circles. I was unable to speak with a representative.
I purchased two tickets on 6/28, and was sent a confirmation email that I'd receive my tickets by 10/12. When I hadn't received them by 10/17 and was unsuccessful in contacting them, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. The tickets appeared in my inbox on the 10/18, concert is 10/19. I am guessing they only sent me the tickets because they had been contacted by my credit card company. What a joke. "
"On the day of my purchase, I called to verify exactly what I was going to get. The day my tickets came though, they were not what I was told I would have. I tried contacting customer service twice via live chat and called 3 times. I never spoke with an actual human. Their customer service is terrible. Just beware of what you purchase through them. "
