I bought tickets from them for an event 6 months in advance. The order was verified with a message that the tickets would be mailed prior to the event. When the event was only days away and I still hadn't received the tickets I called to inquire and was routed through automated menus that repeatedly stated the tickets would be mailed. I kept calling up until the day before the event (a Saturday) and tickets never arrived for the Sunday event. They never provided the tickets by email either, so I disputed the charge with Visa. When they were notified of the dispute they made fraudulent misrepresentations about having provided tickets by email (they have never emailed me, even aside from the tickets themselves) and couldn't provide Visa with any proof of the email ever being sent as they alleged. I am of the impression they are doing this intentionally to consumers at large and that a certifiable class likely exists for which I am now in the process of becoming the class representative. If you've been scammed by these fraudsters keep your eyes peeled for a notice of class action against them soon. I'm now working with a top level national firm who successfully delivers massive settlements against big companies on a regular basis, so get ready to serve some justice on these crooks!
