"Right off the bat, ''Invoice or Order #(optional)'', but right under that ''*All above fields required''. So which is it? I recieved my purchse quickly, quicker than I was expecting, great! I wanted to modify my ''Shipping'' information and could not do it, I called an agent and was told that I would be able to modify any information the next time I make an online purchase, o.k., cool, although there should be an option to modify information regardless. What drove me nuts, and that's understating it, was the rebate process. I finally got it all done, but there must be a simpler way to apply for a rebate. The Rebate code was not on the list of eligible rebate codes, once I found it with the help of my Brother-in-law, it would still not accept it. I was finally able to enter it, then the site had some kind of technical problem and I had to call in and finish the registration over the phone with an agent. I decided to wait the regular time for the rebate, 8 to 10 weeks, according to the rebate agent. If I wanted it in about 7 to 10 days, there would be a charge, you're kidding right? Now I had to print out the Rebate Form, another adventure in finding it and printing it up, then finally, the ''Must-Dos'' steps in order to be eligible for the rebate, had to be followed; ''cut this'', include that'', ''cut out this label'', ''attach it to the envelope'', and if all of that was done, I was told by the Rebate Agent that my rebate request would only be approved if everything was approved. I left out others steps and agravation that I went through to send in my rebate. I work for a company that also gives rebates on their products, this rebate process or rebate company used by Tiger Direct online makes our rebate process look so easy, and before I ordered from Tiger Direct, I was told that it was a cake-walk, piece0of-cake. yeah, I went on and on, but why not just have a link to print out the form, fill it out, attach original receipt(s), mail it in and whoala! But having to go through all of those steps and then be told that it may have to be approved or not, then that would fall under the "Are You Kidding Me" catagory. I am planning on making more purchases through Tiger Direct in the near future, and yes, if there is a rebate offer to the purchase(s), I will apply for it, not looking forward to that part of the process, but I do give Tiger Direct kudos for having very good prices and inventory and getting purchase dilivered quicker than anticipated. "
