"The items arrived ealier than I expected. All the parts in their original package. They are all working perfectly. Only one question, I shopped in Tiger Direct Markham store before ordering on the web, however the part being offered on the web are not offered in the store. Two little pieces totally weigh less than 20g, one 19.97$, one 34.97$, I have to pay 11.53$ shipping cost. The good deal turns into regular prices. My previous online shopping from Qubec, states, shipping could be cheaper if I chose different shipping methods. Maybe my understanding of online shopping is wrong; online shopping may be not about deal but about to extend your shopping distance. Anyway nothing is perfect, the overall experience is not bad at all."

"Product as ordered was delivered within 3 days from the date of the order. Box was intact and product was as advertised. May have to test the return policy later as it turns out that my motherboard only accommodates a graphics card with up to 256 MB RAM whereas the one ordered had 512MB RAM - but that is not Tiger Direct's fault, rather it is mine. Their prices are amazing I shopped ebay for a gps and they were $99-$115 us for the garmin nuvi 250 the tiger price was $121 plus tax and shipping definetly a good reason to buy refurbished. "Order:
(1) Placed order and paid with Paypal - Bank account. Immediate status/message update indicated that the order was being reviewed by credit department and I had paid with Paypal - Credit Card.
(2) Called customer service. Neither customer service or credit department could rectify - and had to cancel and re-enter order.
(3) Re-entry created same message.
(4) Appears that TD's status/message cannot distinguish between credit and debit payments. Recommend adding guidance to customer service scripts to prevent re-occurance.

Shipping:
(1) UPS did not deliver to shipping address, and did not provide notice of attempt or instructions for arranging delivery.
(2) I initiated contact with UPS and was informed the package was located in Concord, ON. Options provided were to pick-up in Concord, or arrange delivery in 3 days.
(3) Timing constraints ruled out an additional 3 days, so I was required to rent a vehicle and pick up package."
