The only minor problem I have is they use UPS for shipping and it is fairly expensive. They could also use Canada Post and give us an option to use cheaper shipping. "

"The delivery was fast (ordered Thursday, arrived Monday after) and the purchased item (OKI printer) was in perfect wrapping condition. Features are as described on the TigerDirect homepage. The only minus: The TigerDirect website did not identify that the item was shipped by and from a third party warehouse. Thus, there was no tracking number and no transparency of the shipment. TigerDirect even claimed to have the order fulfilled as soon as they forwarded it to the third party warehouse which was never identified."
