"This is ot my first purchase through TigerDirect, first experience was very satisfied, my second experience was a little dissapointing in the fact that one of the products I ordered was shown as "in stock" on the web page but when the order was scheduled for shipment, the one itenm was shown as "backordered". The part has now been shipped some 5 days later.So overall I'm still satisfied with TigerDirect but now have little faith in the online "in stock" status"

"The HP ProBook 4530s B5N72UT Notebook PC @ $699.00 seemed like excellent laptop according to the specs. Was very nice when received (on 6 June 2012), easy to set up, lots of new features. However after less than 1 week the 750GB hard drive could not be accessed and showed a hardware error. Now waiting for 2 weeks to get an RMA to return the laptop for full refund. If this is what one HP laptop is like, now reluctant to try another HP. The service reps at TigerDirect have been very nice, yet they produce little or no results. It has taken many calls with Tiger Direct (and HP) and the issue still not finalized. Meanwhile it's tying up my credit card for $800.00 (with taxes). So now wondering about the whole TigerDirect experience - fast to ship, slow to help.
Also for several days now the 1-***-***-**** TigerDirect.ca central phone number has the message that they are closed for the holiday... but there is no holiday... what's happening?
It is now 3 July, and we are told that the RMA has been requested from a third party supplier and that TigerDirect can't do anything. They took our money no problem cannot deal with the return of a defective computer???"

"I would like to say "Super Fast Shipping." I ordered my computer monitors at 8:30 am on Wednesday and they were delivered before noon the very next day!!!!! The monitors that I ordered were for my son and he thinks they are awesome. He liked them so much after he unpacked them that he took pictures to show his school mates. My son says they are great monitors, the colours and the graphics are very clear. I am glad that they are LED and use less power than regular monitors. I had a hard time getting the free shipping that was to be applied to my order and a Tiger Direct employee fixed it for me and I got a refund the very next day of $15.60. Great service all around."
