"I've been involved in a warranty claim for 4 months now with Tiger Direct. The biggest hurdle is they sold me a 60" Westinghouse TV which Westinghouse did not approve for sale in Canada and therefore will not honour any warranty claim. The part needed is not even available in Canada. Sadly after 4 months and many emails with a rep, I feel like I'm playing the waiting game until I just go away, which I will not do. I appeal to anyone with any real authority at Tiger Direct to get involved and help resolve this matter. "I live in Montreal, Canada. I have ordered parts to build a computer on 2012-06-25. All items arrived quickly and in good condition. The delivery came in two batches. Delivery people dropped the boxes at front door, rang the bell and left. So make sure you have someone to answer the door.

I have filed 3 rebate applications for the purchase but one of them was denied by a MSI rebate center. I have sent two emails to the rebate center for the issue. But they kept mechanically asking for a non-existent serial number despite I explained there was only a bar code label. I contacted TigerDirect.ca Rebate Center for help. Charles of the 'Rebate Assistance at TigerDirect.com' contacted me within one day. I sent Charles the photos I have taken from the product’s box before I cut out the bar code. I explained to him that I have checked every thing of the product but did not find any serial number. MSI rebate center approved my application 4 days later. It was quick. Thank you very much Charles!

By the way, TigerDirect seems to list the same 'Core i' CPU packages with different SKU numbers and different prices. I do not see any difference. So check carefully and you may save some money.
