"I've heard good things about TigerDirect, so I'd thought I'd try them. The website said my item was "in stock" and would ship soon. Two days later I received an email with a tracking number saying my item had shipped and was on its way to me.

It was actually on its way from their supplier to the TigerDirect warehouse in Naperville, IL, USA which took two days. TigerDirct received it almost six days ago and I still haven't received a email update from them. I phone several times and was told my order was being "processed at their warehouse." The person I spoke to yesterday said he would expedite delivery and send me an email this morning. He said it was unlikely that it would be delivered on time. It's now 11PM Eastern Time and I still haven't received a notice saying that it has left the TigerDirect warehouse.

It's been a week since I placed my order. I called again today to cancel my order, but person I spoke to said that my order has now been shipped, even though I have still not received an email notice with the new tracking number. I decided to order from TigerDirect because it had the lowest price. Now I see another large Canadian supplier has the same item on sale at about the same price.
