"I ordered from TigerDirect only to learn that when I needed a refund, due to tampered shipping, I had to go thru another party to request a refund and await an OK and info on how to return the item to them, NOT TigerDirect. If my request for a refund is approved, I don't know who pays for return shipping yet, it could be days or a weeks before I get a refund. I also have to find and go somewhere to ship it (unless UPS can pick it up - they delivered it). When I buy something, I prefer to deal with one company. Ditto when it comes to returns and refunds. With all this work, you'd at least expect a discount on future orders, or something."
