"I ordered a refurbished desktop for a customer who needed it quickly. It came fast but was defective. After reloading it and still having problems I reached out to get a replacement sent. The only way they would do it quickly was for me to pay for another desktop and then contact the refurbisher to get a RMA. Now I will need to return the desktop and wait for my money. Not what the service used to be at Tigerdirect. Buyer beware."

"Poor user interface for ordering. For my "First Name" it offered me my full name and middle initial. I clicked on that and it filled in the "First Name" field with that. When I proceeded with the ordering process, it complained and required me to fill in just my first name and just my last name in the specified fields. Later, it took my card number and name without asking for the security code, but then wouldn't let me finish checking out without providing that separately. This interface needs improvement with focus groups who would attempt to use it, and then analyze failures."
