"I had ordered a refurbished PC. I shortly after discovered it was the wrong one. I sent a message to customer service and told them my issue. They promptly canceled my wrong order and quickly issued a refund. I couldn't be more pleased.
I then went and ordered the one I should have ordered in the first place. I received it a few days earlier then expected and am very pleased with it."
"I absolutely love the price on the 4GB DDR3 ($21.00) and the product is exactly what I was looking for ... only problem is my account information changed since my last scrum with the Tiger! My account name was tedthayer which got changed to my email address. The password didn't change, but it didn't go with the new name! THIS is called aggravation. I finally got what I wanted and escaped by becoming a guest! What an adventure! (I love it!!!)"

"Specifications for Mouse did not say which versions of Windows are compatible. Chat person resolved this. Working with Shopping Cart was ****. Directions are confusing and customer needs to key them in several times. Asking for my email address has a too-small box to key in and some icon in box makes it more confusing."
