"The tile they sent me looks very different from the sample I ordered and will not work as the kitchen backsplash I intended it to be. The colors are so drastically different that I thought they sent me the wrong tile. I contacted the company by phone and email and have yet to receive any response. I plan to return it but do not know if they will charge me the restocking fee and return shipping charges. "
