"I purchased the tile samples that I needed to make my decision and the Glass Tile Store delivered promptly. The only problem was, they sent an email two days after I received the samples and offered 10% off. I did not have the amount of tile figured out until two days after I received that email. Then I went to use the 10% coupon and it was no longer available. They did not give enough time to make a decision on which tile I wanted and then to calculate the amount I needed. The only offer left was $5 off the total order of $280. I did not complete the order because $5 is less than 2%. I sent an email to them but have not heard back."
