However, the actual material delivered was not 100% uniform, many pieces did not match the original sample. I ended up having to order 20% more material again because of this defect and pay for it out of pocket.

I called them about it and the best they did is give me a 5% discount on a $900 order for which I had to order $200 in extra materials.
