I checked your customer reviews and noted I would be receiving a phone call to offer insurance and extended warrantee. I know that is how many businesses work. I accepted this as part of doing business with you. When asked to provide a good feedback to get "shipping insurance" I also accepted this as a part of doing business. Kind of a "tip" offered before any service was actually provided. When I offered a positive feedback, and an honest assessment - what one can offer in 80 characters - I got a phone call complaining what I said "was not nice". I provided a follow up positive feedback.
I hope that this will make you happy. "
Expect the following - a low price, lots of goodies, a phone call 2-3 days after the "purchase" on line, an offer to sell warrantee service, a positive feedback bribe of shipping insurance. May, as in my case, a call complaining that I didnt say nice enough words in the Ebay beedback.

"I believe Time2Envy used deceitful business tactics and terrible customer service in their dealings with me. I made an ebay purchase with them for a home theater projector and later, after they didn't deliver it when they said they would, I was sold a warranty. I strongly recommend NOT doing business with them. It took many hours, many promises that were not met, an effort to return of the warranty for full credit, follow-up phone calls, waiting on hold for 45 minutes, more phone calls and promises. Finally I received the credit I deserved for the warranty return but it was only because I kept pushing and pushing for it and offered extensive proof of delivery that the package was actually received by the company. I would advise anybody to find another company to do business with than to chose time2envy.

"I bought a Sony HDR-SR12 from Time2Envy's Ebay auction. I have to say I am completely 100% satisfied with their service.

the camcorder itself sells about $1400 retail, and Time2Envy saves me $300 (GREAT! and not to mention the extra stuff they threw in the package, that's a plus for sure). of course I am well informed of complaints about bait-and-switch schemes all over the internet, that's what led me here, and that's why I feel obligated to promote a honest good seller.

Their customer service is great and solved the problem I created myself. I bid on the ebay auction, completed the payment transaction on Paypal. Except that I intended to pay it with my credit card but instead I overlooked the paypal payment options and paid with money coming out of my bank account (completely messed up my short-term financial plan). I called them the next morning, thinking how was I suppose to try to explain them to refund the previous transaction and place another order with my credit card. Their staff is very helpful and informative, the first one patiently gave me my order number of the transaction (I didn't have it), and transfered me to the second staff. After I told the second staff my problem, it didn't took him more than 2 minutes to reverse the transaction (I didn't even have to explain much, contrary to what I expected) and we proceeded further from there.

and to the product, fantastic, just like the one you'd bought it from a retail store, but with extra stuff and much less price! nothing's missing from the package, everything works wonderful. (ps. the second staff did try to sell me extra battery and extended warranty when I called them, which are perfectly normal, and he wasn't haggling me for those. but I did paid extra $20 for shipping insurance considering the favor they've done for me) the auction ended on 8/25, and I've just received my brand new well-packaged camcorder on 8/28.

I am completely satisfied with them, and I sure will buy again from them the next time.

"I bought the Canon 40D w/18-55IS lens for 904.00. I was contacted by phone wanting to know if I wanted ext. warranty and shipping insurance I kept aying no I dont. Finally after 10 minutes the guy (charles) asked what I would be willing to pay and I told him $75 for the 3 year warranty and he said ok and I'll even throw in the shipping insurance. When I was billed it was for $1066.00. I called and e-mailed about this, Phil who I spoke to said no problem I'll refund 91.00. Waited 10 days..no refund. Called again and talked to Mike, which I had to explain everthing to again, he said talked to manager and we will refund portion. Thats been another 5 days with no refund. Not to mention the lens I got was not the IS version which I had to send back and they were fast at shipping the other back however they say these items are the same as you would buy at any store they are not. No U.S.A. manufacturer warranty and the lenses (at least the first one I know for sure) was a refurbished one,It still had the refurb sticker on it. I thought with a lot of positive feedback on e-bay they wer decent but not really. I must say every one I have ever spoke to ther has been polite and no cussing or what have you but beware of the billing issues. The camera was New and the warranty is through Repairtech which claims the camera can be taken to places such as circuit city and many other places for repairs. I will NOT do business with these people again. Should have stuck with B&H or Adorama for my purchase. Just after writing this I checked and my money was credited to my card however, this should not have happened to begin with. Like I said before I will definately NOT buy from again. Save yourself the grief and hassle and buy from the normal decent retailers online as I should have done. I may have saved a little money but in the long run not really. Hope this helps as I try to be as honest as I can."

"I ordered a Canon GL2 camcorder via phone and was 110% pleased with the customer service they provided me. I ordered the item on the 8th of April and asked if I could have it by the 11th for my son's birthday and they made it happen and when the extra battery i ordered was out of stock I called to find out a ship date and they offered to send out the next size up and no additional charge. "

"These guys are awesome! I placed my order by phone on March 25, 2008. I ordered a Canon 40d DSLR, a Canon ef-s 18-55mm USM lens, a Canon ef 75-300mm USM III lens, and extra camera battery and some protective lens filters. This order was delivered to me on March 27, 2008: in 2 days! (no extra charge for that, hehe) And all the stuff was USA not grey market! The best prices and really FAST shipping! These guys are honest too! I highly recommend business with these guys! Now it's April 7 2008 and I'm doing a post-review: Everything is still great with the camera and lenses and have not had any problem whatsoever. I'm just gonna once again give them an AAAAAAAAA++++++++++++"

"After reading this company's eBay feedbacks, I decided to order a Nikon D80 Kit with 2 Nikon lenses from them. However, I did not use eBay to make my purchase due to the fact that I wanted to make customizations to my purchase. Instead I ordered by phone trusting that nothing bad would happen. I called them twice prior to making the purchase because I wanted to get some more information about the kit I wanted first. In those first 2 calls, I was helped by 2 sales reps that seemed like they didn't really need my business. They weren't technically mean to me, but they nonshalont about everything and seemed like they didn't want to put any effort into trying to make sales. They answered me with one or two word answers only, and they could care less if I bought anything or not. Because of that, I didn't make any purchases from them during those 2 first phone calls. After comparing prices with other merchants, I couldn't believe Time2Envy had the best price for the particular kit I was looking for, so I decided to give them one more call. This time I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Brady. He was much nicer, more willing to answer my questions, and genuinely wanted to help me out. Aside from the fact that some of their accessories were a little expensive (such as their filter kits being $99 for a UV, PL, Circular), he was able to give me a great deal on a 20+ piece kit that included the Nikon D80, 18-70mm & 70-300mm Nikon lenses, a 5-year extended warranty, and whole lot of other awesome accessories. Most importantly, he didn't pressure me to buy anything and he had outstanding customer service skills. One thing he helped me with that I really appreciated was instead of their usual small softcase for cameras, he was able to modify the package and got me a much larger camera bag that my camera and all my accessories could fit in. Shipping was moderately fast, which got to me in less than a week.

Recently, the tripod that came with my camera broke, so I called Time2Envy to see if they could do anything about it. After being transferred to the same sales rep (Brady), his customer service was nothing short of EXCELLENT! Without any hesitation, he just said there would be no problem for them to ship out a new tripod. My experience buying from Time2Envy was not good at first because of the lack of effort from the first 2 sales reps, but Brody's superb customer service really overshadowed my bad experience. Luckily, Brady was able to change my initial opinion of this company. Overall, my experience with them was definately a positive experience. Thank you so MUCH!!!

After some time playing with my new toy now, I just love my Nikon D80! It is my first SLR camera and it's been nothing less than spectacular. I had never taken such nice pictures in my life prior to my D80. I wondering how much better my pictures would be with some pro lenses??? I'll just have to find out.....LOL!
