"I ordered a hard to find watch which they said was available for overnight delivery. I didn't get it the next day. I think what they do is order some merchandise when you order it so they're at the mercy of another shipper. Either way, they weren't able to deliver the watch but they did give me a full refund. In fact, they told me that they don't charge the card until the order ships so I was never actually charged.
So, I can't speak to the quality of the watches since I never got one but they were fair and easy to deal with.

"I placed an order on Nov. 28 and received confirmation of the purchase, as well as notice that shipping would be covered by Norton Shipping Guarantee. Great! But then after that, radio silence. On Nov. 7, I contacted TimePiece to check on the order since, more than a week later, the link they provided to find the current status of the order still offered no information. The next day I received a reply that the item I purchased is out of stock, and TimePiece then canceled the transaction. If I had not reached out to check on the order, I don't know when, if ever, they might have gotten around to letting me know they didn't have the item. If TimePiece was on top of things, I could have purchased and had a different selection shipped to arrive in time for the intended recipient's birthday. Because I burned 10 days waiting for a watch that didn't exist, the gift will now be late."
