Giving the benefit of the doubt to what appears in my research to be a legitimate company, I called back and left a message to the requested phone number endorsing the order. Then I received another odd phone call with the same request. I called the company directly and the friendly operator told me that this must be because it was my first order. She stated she would ask the verification department to clear the order, but that she couldn’t guarantee it. I have heard nothing in the week since. I called their customer service line and was told that they would expedite the order. The next day the charges disappeared from my bank account statement. I then tried to contact them via phone but their VM inbox was full. I tried to send an email but it was rejected as well. None of these are good signs of a vendor who is trying to run a customer oriented operation.
