I have cancel first purchase because of late delivery. I have order in Saturday and I have selected (AIR) Next day delivery and I had to fly back to my country so I call the Call Center to try to solve the issue but she was unhelpful.
Second was cancelled due to Credit card address without calling me back and I called again Call center and the same agent answered and she was carless and she hang up the call as I went out of my passion. I called back and it was my mistake I have talked to the others agent in very bad way after she told me you can't receive your purchase and I do apologues for her. But I still very annoyed of how I got treated but the first agent and why she hang up the call.
