"Took my brand new watch into our long time jewler to get it engraved as an anniversary gift for my boyfriend. My jewler called to inform me that the watch backing was seemingly fused on and would not budge for him to remove and engrave it. While trying to remove the backing the tool slipped because of the force he had to use creating a hairline scratch. I called timepiece and they told me that because of the scratch I would not be able to return the watch. The scratch is not the problem for me, I need a watch that has access to the battery and customer service couldn't help me in the slightest. I called Michael Kors and they offered to send me another watch expedited so it would arrive by my anniversary, but they no longer have it in stock. That is an amazing example of true customer service, unlike my experience here.

P.S. if you call once don't bother calling again from the same number. They see your number and ignore it. I tried calling at least 5 times from my phone until I thought to try from my mom's and instantly got through to the same person I originally talked to. Pretty strange coincidence...."
