"Watch arrived next day as promised, but I wanted to speak to them regarding a detail and I called literally a hundred times without being able to get through. Just an auto attendant and then a recorded message.
So my experience was fine because I got the watch I paid for in the time they promised to deliver but I reckon if I had any problems there would be nobody there to help me, which is pretty scary for an item costing several thousand dollars!
