"Wrong item! Horrible Customer service! After being a customer for a couple years I will NEVER do business with them again! Ordered the new custom Iphone6 case ... received an iphone5 case instead. Even the bag it came it from Tintprints read iphone6 .... they say their computer shows my order as a 5! and sorry thats all they can do. My loss of $50 on their computer error.... bad customer service!!!!"
"Horrible- both print quality and customer service. I will never use them again.
I ordered Christmas cards, and my high res photos were so grainy you could barely make out details. They looked awful. Card stock was thin and flimsy. I ordered glossy and received matte. It was embarrassing having to send them out. But I'd spent over $100, so didn't want to have to spend more ordering from someone else. For that kind of money, I expect better quality. Oh, and their website kept crashing while I was making the cards- it ended up taking me hours.
Before I received my horrible cards I decided to order a photo ornament to give my husband. I placed my order and entered a gift card number, and everything was fine. I got the screen saying my order was confirmed. However, I never received a confirmation email. They now have no record of my order, and are refusing to refund my gift card.
They are a total mess over there. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your printing needs."
"Worst experience ever... I have been screwed by tiny prints for 2 years in a row. I used them to make my graduation cards last year and did not receive them on time, so tiny prints gave me a coupon to use to make up for the mistake on their part. So I tried to use the coupon and was randomly trying to check in my order after the purchase 2 days later and was told if I had not called in my order would never had been processed at all.... NEVER AGAIN...."
"i accidentally got shuffled into Tiny Prints by Shutterfly, whom I had bought great cards from for years. What a disaster! They lost my order, then when they arrived, they truly lived up to the name TINY. Smaller than a postcard and terrible quality. I am embarrassed to send them out. I will never use them again."
"What a terrible place of business, and what terrible customer service agents. If you do not believe me, please see for yourself on SITE JABBER, where you will see REAL customer reviews. I had promos for free shipping and free gift. The shipping said expired so I called. She told me that it was impossible for the 2 codes to work, to which i said i have a picture of someones order where both codes worked. THEN they tell me it leaked online and they stopped honoring it. So i asked for a one time shipping code, as I was a new customer, and had spent a good amount of time designing my gift. AND I also knew for a fact that another customer service agent had just given a one time shipping code to another customer. So naturally, I did not think it would be a problem. But then the cs agent Shelby, told me she could not do it due to policy. Which is bs, because like i stated, someone else i know called a few minutes before me, and spoke to a very nice cs agent who gave her the one time code. The manager who at that point intervened, told me that that was not allowed and that person would be getting in trouble. She had the nerve to ask me for his name so i could rat him out. So I said, if I help you, will you provide the one time code, and she said she would NOT help me! HA! How do you even do that. How do you not honor the one time free shipping that one of your other cs agents JUST did? OR even just honor the shipping bc you had until you realized YOUR mistake. This is a problem that your customer service agents and manager were aware of, yet no comment was made on your website retracting the code and letting your customers know that a leak had happened. That's like being at a supermarket and they put up the wrong price. Guess what, they still honor it! The right thing would have been to give me the lousy free shipping code. Instead, you lost a customer all over a shipping fee of $9.95. I shouldve stayed with Shutterfly in the first place!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! SHADY business, terrible terrible terrible customer service. Completely ruined my day and my gift, thanks tiny prints."
"Don't expect to get your Christmas cards when promised. I ordered mine a month before Christmas - still in printing status - horrible customer service - they aren't expediting my cards to honor their arrival date or get close! Ugh! Never let discounts fool you! "
"Superb customer service. I have been a loyal customer for four years and have always loved my final prints on my Christmas cards. I wasn't as pleased with the final result this year, however tiny print has rectified the problem and will be sending me new cards. Courteous, polite and professional staff. Thank you!"
"After losing my order, Tiny Prints went above and beyond to rectify the situation and make me happy. Product was awesome and price very reasonable. Best customer service ever. Definitely will use again. "
"wrost customer service EVER - I had looked up a valid promo code in retailmenot nad tested it and was working fine but I did not finish the purchase that day. Next day I went to finish my first order with tinyprints (I had never used the site before) and the code said I had used the promo code previously. Then my nightmare started... I contacted the online chat and chatted with TONYA R. - she said the promo code might have been used by somebody else... which does not make any sense... the promo code can be used by multiple people just not multiple time by the same account...
She had me holding and wasting my time over half an hour and NEVER gave me an answer or a solution. Not even knowing I was a potential first time customer of the company.
I strongly recommend tinyprints to improve the customer services because you just lost a client because of your employee Tonya R. "
"TinyPrints failed my order completely. I had customized a photo pamphlet for a funeral and paid for Super Rush delivery. The date was confirmed upon purchase and confirmed again when I spoke with the 'Designer' in charge of editing and printing my order. The order was not even shipped yet on the date set to be delivered. Yet, when I called their customer service line, it stated that it was delivered. I spoke with Fed ex and they confirmed they had not even shipped it at that time. Very angry, as the funeral was the next day, I called TinyPrints and they refused to rush the delivery, despite their mistake. They stated they could not do anything to the order as it had "just shipped". After explaining to the customer service representative that I would not pay the return shipping for an order that would arrive after the funeral when I no longer needed it, they stated that they would have the order shipped back through fed ex. They could do this, but not rush my order? Because I was expecting this order to be completed and had spoken with an actual person to confirm, I did not make other plans and was unprepared for their horrible service. They left me out of over a hundred dollars and nothing for the funeral. A refund was issued days later and not even THAT was issued correctly! They forgot to issue a refund for the "Super rush delivery". I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that one was not available. I asked to be called back and that never happened. Worst customer service ever. I will not be returning and will share this horrible experience with all."
"Awful experience. Whole thing was riddles with issues from a to z.
1. Designer lied about what they could do (I was an employee and was well versed in what designers can do so that I could be prepared to answer any customer questions.
2. Designer lies again.
3. Designers incompetence delays order a whole weekend
4. Order is still printing on Sunday, the day before it was to be delivered.
5. The liners were the wrong color.
6. They get the corrected order out to me. A DAY LATE.
7. The order is so tightly shrink wrapped they're damaged. They reprint these AGAIN.
8. The reprint gets lost.
9. FedEx redelivers the reprint a day late; reprint is again damaged.
10. Another reprint is supposed to get here Christmas Eve- over a full week later than when I was supposed to get them.
11. There has been 5 total contacts to get this resolved.
12. Now there is a $50 charge on my bank account that is unauthorized and inexplicable.
13. I've contacted them twice in regards to this charge- I keep getting told that "we'll look into it", and there's never any follow up.
And BEFORE you think I'm just complaining; I WAS AN EMPLOYEE THERE and saw how things were ran here and would understand small, run of the mill issues. As an ex-employee, I can guarantee that if you order less than a month before Christmas, you will have a miserable experience and your order will be late- for late orders, they will only give you 30% back+ shipping unless its been totally misplaced. Unless, of course, you want to go through the trouble of returning these. And they DO NOT contact you if your order is going to be late or if there's any issues- YOU have to contact THEM. "
"I love Tiny Prints. I've been using then for years for holiday cards, baby shower invites, thank you cards, etc. They have a great selection, unique designs and wonderful service. I recently ordered my holiday cards from them and they came out great! The order arrived quickly and I'm very happy with the look. I will definitely order from Tiny Prints again!"
"Everything went well. I got the product on time and was easy to use."
"I ordered two individual Valentine cards and a set of 10 moving announcements. I took advantage of a promo code for the Valentines and had a Groupon-style deal for the moving announcements, so I didn't spend very much for my items. I am impressed though--everything turned out wonderfully. I had my return address printed on the envelopes but I decided to fill out the rest myself and had them sent to me so I can also sign the Valentines. Items were shipped promptly although they got here a few days later than expected. For that, though, I blame the postal service."
"Very frustrating waste of time and money.
I ordered Christmas photo cards on December 8th. Spend many hours inputting and choosing photos, inputting individual addresses to recipients, and paid extra to have cards sent out directly from the company with our return address on the envelope.
Received confirmation e-mail that all was well and going to print. Then another a few days later saying they were on their way with an estimated delivery time of Dec.17th.
When by December 19th, no one had received their cards, I felt panicked. Back and forth calls and live chat to customer service after many minutes on hold assuring me they were on their way and promising they would reach homes by Christmas.Still no one was getting their cards.
The afternoon of December 22nd, an overnighted box from Tiny Prints was on my front step. It contained ALL MY CARDS with no printed addresses, no return addresses, and no stamps! Very upset, I then talked to a woman at Tiny Prints after getting cut off and being on hold for many minutes. She was apologetic and admitted it was their error, and said there had been problems the entire process in printing " so many individual addresses" What? aren't they a printing company??
They refunded my money, whoppee.... At that point it was too late to address and send out my cards to reach anyone's home by Christmas. MOST frustrating is the fact they knew and admitted there had been problems over the weeks, yet didn't fess up and let me know so I would have been able to purchase and send other cards in time. We had just moved 700 miles and was counting on the cards with our new address reaching friends and family before the holidays.
Overnighting the unfinished cards was a panic move that was so unprofessional and sloppy that I would never recommend this company to anyone again.
ps- I find it interesting that 5 of the 5 star reviews were all posted on the exact same day. Seems a tad coincidental..."
