"i accidentally got shuffled into Tiny Prints by Shutterfly, whom I had bought great cards from for years. What a disaster! They lost my order, then when they arrived, they truly lived up to the name TINY. Smaller than a postcard and terrible quality. I am embarrassed to send them out. I will never use them again."

"Worst excuse for an on-line retailer we have ever experienced! Charged our credit card over a thousand dollars and then sat on our order for almost a month before my fourth call to them revealed that the items were backordered until at least March. There is really no excuse for doing business this way. I can only hope they go out of business before they cause other customers the heartache they have caused us."

"Costs over twice what it would cost locally due to "fast shipping." Turns out they don't meet their shipping promises at all. Buy somewhere else!"

"They may be the definition of responsive! Within a few minutes of my review appearing on-line, I received a call from Pool Supply World and they immediately contacted the manufacturer of the product and worked out a solution for me. Great customer service is always impressive!"
