"Outstanding people, Outstanding service at the West Lebanon, NH location. Day before a major snowstorm, I was in and out on time as promised. Had to have been 30 or more tire orders on the counter. I was asked to return @ 2:50 pm that day. Upon returning they took my vehicle in right away and within an hour I was on my way with four new snows on my rig. Driving during the snowstorm the following day, the tires performed extremely well. Talk about peace of mind!"

"Overall good experience with location manager. Technically the job was done right. No issue with the tires and the installation. One improvement that would bring my satisfaction level from good to great would be the final touch. My tires were mounted right but they were not cleaned up after installation. They were left dirty and with the mounting lubricant/paste. Cleaning them up with a rag after would have been an extra touch. I am not asking for an armor all foam but at least a bit of cleaning. Would have looked better on my luxury sport car. Thank you."
