"I went in for a flat repair. I had a coupon for a free service "Other fess may apply" I did need to pay for a rebalance which is standard and I accepted. Before the service, I asked them run soapy water around the tire to make sure I hadn't damaged the sidewall. About 20 minutes later, my vehicle ready. I asked again if the sidewall was ok. I was assured it was.
The next morning the tire was flat. I inflated it and sprayed soapy water on it. As I feared, bubbles from the sidewall. My wife and I had to change back to the donut spare, she was late for work, I threw out my back.
So, they wasted my time, my wife's time and cost me money. They in turn, lost a possible $800 tire sale, and any repeat business me or any of my friends.
On a good note, the staff was friendly. I just wish they would have listened to the customer a bit better.

UPDATE: I was contacted by Alisha. A customer service rep for Monroe. After a couple of days, she called back to apologize. Proper steps were being taken at that location to ensure this will not take place again. I was then offered a laughable $25 gift card. Really!? $25 does not begin to cover the cost of the failed flat repair, the time lost from work changing the failed flat repair, and medical care for my back.
I respectfully declined and explained that she should offer it to a needy person that might actually use it. I, personally will never set foot in Tire Warehouse again. ANY Tire Warehouse."
