"The process of buying new tires from Tire Rack could not be any easier or better. Finding the right tire is easy with Tire Racks online resources, and it is great to have access to not only professional reviews, but reviews by other customers. Since I prefer to support local stores, I checked with them first but their prices were $100 higher per tire and they did not offer a road hazard warranty (at any price, let alone the free warranty provided by Tire Rack). Tire Rack shipped the tires to the very same local vendor who then got the business of installing the tires, balancing the wheels and aligning the car. At the end of the day, I saved money, received a road hazard warranty and supported by local business. A win/win as far as I am concerned. "

"I’m not very happy with this transaction. Tire Rack sold these as new tires yet I had them mounted on my daughter’s car only to find out that they’re already 2 Years old as they have a manufacturing date of (4022). Daughter is not happy with the appearance of them either. She states that they look old and weathered. The tires were delivered to the local installation facility rather than my home(1st time for this) and I had no ability to see them prior to installation. I should have been advised that these tires were older prior to purchase. "

"Tires were great and as advertised. However, the company that we had set up to install/mount the tires was not as advertised. They were advertised as a "mobile" company. When we called them to set up an appointment, they let us know that they are not mobile. So, we had to go get the tires and take them somewhere else for install/mounting, because they did not the required key to unlock the tires. "
