"The process of buying new tires from Tire Rack could not be any easier or better. Finding the right tire is easy with Tire Racks online resources, and it is great to have access to not only professional reviews, but reviews by other customers. Since I prefer to support local stores, I checked with them first but their prices were $100 higher per tire and they did not offer a road hazard warranty (at any price, let alone the free warranty provided by Tire Rack). Tire Rack shipped the tires to the very same local vendor who then got the business of installing the tires, balancing the wheels and aligning the car. At the end of the day, I saved money, received a road hazard warranty and supported by local business. A win/win as far as I am concerned. "

"I originally thought that Tire Rack had shipped the wrong tire to me (Michelin instead of Goodyear). Tire Rack Customer Service contacted me immediately to obtain more information. After talking to the local tire installer, I discovered that Tire Rack had, in fact, shipped the correct tire to me and that my initial understanding of the situation was just incorrect.

"After looking at may sites the Tires I picked so far Great, quieter, smoother ride than the OEM's.
The Tire shop had them mounted, balanced and out the door in 90 minutes.
