But, This feedback is especially related to convenience of canceling your order as soon as you place it.
When I placed the order (in comparison to Amazon, Walmart or any other site) after shopping, there is an option to cancel the order. moment you place the order (without even contacting customer service) you can cancel on your own.
here, I placed the order and immediately sent an email to customer service and they replied cannot be cancellled, you will have to wait for it to arrive to your address and then you figure out return. That’s Stressful.
