"I had a difficult time ordering on line. It kept adding the coverage option when I declined and also kept including the installation when I declined it. Then it changed the price of the tires to a higher price when I tried ordering again. I called several times to get assistance but instead waited and waited and no real person ever came on the phone after over 20 minutes of waiting.
I hope my tires arrive...makes me nervous."
"They arrived on time, except that I'm waiting for 205/70 R15 and they arrive 205/70 R17, they won't fit, I try to call customer service and they can never answer, I leave a message, I leave my information, and it's actually the same, like If it didn't exist, I've been trying to find out for 3 days what I should do to get the tires I ordered, and how to return the wrong ones."

"I ordered four tires and they each had their own tracking number and was to be delivered on the same day. I received two tires today and the other two tires will not be in until tomorrow, so if I wanted to get all four of my tires put on tomorrow I will have to wait until the delivery is done, which may or may not be before the tire place closes, which would have pushed me back another day. Tires were ordered the same time and was scheduled to be received the same day. It may be a good idea to put all four tires on the same tracking number pack them and deliver them at the same time "

"I usually go to discount tire but I decided to try Tires Easy and boy was I surprised. I saved myself $313 on 4 tires. Of course I don't get the free extras i would of had at Discount Tire like repair, rotation and rebalance but it didn't come close if I added up what I used before. I think I can live with it. I did go to Discount tire to see if they would give me a discount when I showed them tires easy quote and they told me manager would call. I sat here for 5 hours waiting for the manager to call and nothing."
