"When ordering the tires I needed , I had set up the for tax exempt but was not getting it when ordering. I tried several time to contact the company but received no response. Even their auto callback didn't work as I still over a week later had not received a call back. If I could be contacted and refunded the tax I would increase the rating because I did receive what I ordered and in a good time."
