"I had purchase a new set of tires for around $1100.. I forgot to put the code for my 5% discount in at checkout. Immediately after it went through, I realized it and tried to contact them to see if it could be applied or if I needed to cancel and reorder. I couldn’t cancel on my own. It took them 3-4 days to respond to my 3 inquiries and by that time my order had been delivered to the installation shop and was told that they couldn’t help since my order had been fulfilled already. Super disappointing that it took them that long and their chat option was available because they were “too busy to assist” won’t be ordering here again, nor recommending this company either. "
