"Ordered two tires and only received one. No real person answers the phone. Was on hold for 31 minutes and then a computer tells me that no one is available to answer the call. Waste of time. And probably will never get my other tire or my money. Do not recommend to buy from this company. "

"Tires Easy was a great experience with great tires & fabulous prices. So I happily give them a 5 star rating!! FedEx on the other hand, I give them a 1 star. They delivered to the wrong address and all 4 tires were signed by someone who didn’t order the product. They kept giving me the run around and false information and promising things that never happened. Also telling me that they found the tires and have been put back on to one of their delivery trucks to deliver to me by end of day. That never happened. On my own investigating I found where the tires were at and had to drive and pick them up myself. Terrible experience with FedEx!"
