"I purchased 4 Falken 35inch at3w. One tire is out of round and is defective because it couldn't be balanced. Had it on a Road Force balancer and one side needed 2.75oz and the other 14.5oz.
They told me that because I was 5mm below what was the warranty limit, they wouldn't replace it.
I get it, but come on for 5mm your willing to let me drive on an unsafe tire.
Any reputable company would replace it and want that customer to come back. "

On a Monday I purchased 4 Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S 265/50R20XL for my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. 3 days later (Wednesday) I hadn’t received notice of shipping. I called and they managed to switch my shipment to a closer location to me and assured me they would ship the following day. Still nervous (because of the negative reviews I read) but they DID ship Thursday and I received them by Friday! I would absolutely recommend tires-easy.ca. I would definitely buy from them again. "Ordered a set of 4 tires for my car and paid. The next day they canceled my order because the tires apparently were not in stock. When I called they just said "sorry, we've refunded you" i asked for a proper resolution since it said the tires were in stock and they were not, and wont be again is false advertising, so I'd like the next comparable tire for that price. They said no not happening, they dont do that and blah blah blah. Finally they said the next cheapest tire in that size was about $100 more for four and lesser quality. Never again. Tires easy, more like tires SLEEZY"
