"I recently made a purchase with Tmart, the status on my account says it was delivered but I did not receive anything, so I attempted to contact Tmart to know whereabouts of the shipment, that's where I got stuck, there is no way to let them know.

1. There seems to be chat, email and ticket system at the helpcenter, except you got nothing there, either a list of non-sense or 404/page not found.
2. Check back to the email notification hoping to find a way there, nope, it points to the same helpcenter which does not have anything for customer to send anything.
3. Found this site, looks like Tmart is reading the review and gave responses. Even kindly provide a contact link:

Except, it does not work either.
Tmart is still in business and is still delivering what customer bought, just that they support system is gone (if ever was there).

I hope Tmart respond to this and take a look at their support /contact us system."

"I was able to order everything I needed although a little difficult at times to find certain products however when it came time for the checkout process, I had to use a fourth email address to log in and check out. Every time I try to use a previous email address that I have ordered with in the past it won't let me and when I try to check out as a guest it tells me that the email adress that I gave them is in use from someone else even though it is my email address that they won't let me use. Needless to say, since I am on my fourth email address, I will probably not be able to place any future orders because I refuse to have five email addresses and customer support for this site is nonexistent. It's a real shame too because the pricing and free shipping are a great plus."
