"I've made about 5 purchased from them. When a flashlight died after 5 mths, I opened a ticket to get it replaced per their 180 Day Warranty. Long story short, it took 5 different inquiries and several hours repeating the same information before they finally offered to replace it. Original order shipped within 5 days - told replacement shipping will take 30-45 days which was just processed. Will I actually received the replacement? Only time will tell."
