Problems (in order)
1) stopped live support
2) customer service emails are the worst! They don't copy my message so I have no idea which issue they are replying to.
3) prices AND inventory are different from email blast to when I click to order. Recent issue is same day they email an ad, I click to order and item discontinued. FIVE emails same day to customer service to complain and they tell me it's in stock... do they not check their own links???? I had to email them the link and then they tell me 'now in stock, site should be updated'. It wasn't, they lost my business, I buy item from AliExpress.
4) I leave feedback and lately it never shows up. One item I left feedback for same item 3x and still not showing. I have lost faith in this company and am now buying from other companies. "

"I ordered faucets from Tmart. When they arrived one had all sorts of marks & damage. They took over a week to issue me a return label. Then they sent me a replacement. This took another 1.5 weeks. When it arrived it had yet more marks & was defective. From when I first ordered to now it has been more than 2 months & I still do not have a set of working non defective faucets. Absolutely awful experience with this company."
