"I purchased 2 USB car chargers for my IPhone. When they arrived one did not work. So I emailed customer service about the problem. I got a reply the next day saying they would refund money into my Paypal account and sent a file confirming the refund. My computer wouldn't open the file because it contained a Trojan Virus. There was no refund. Sent 2 more requests thru their customer service with no reply and no refund. Its been about 3 weeks and no refund, and even though it was an inexpensive charger, its clear that Tmart is not a responsible seller and does not stand behind its products. I will never buy from them again. "

Here is what I have gotten from TCell when I contact them:
—I get referred to ****@****. They send the following :
1. On November 12, 2015—“***-***-**** is the olad shipping address.
So would you mind contact with the post office or the pick up on the old address.
Looking forward to hearing from you.”
2. On November 18, 2015—PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ITEM WAS AT JERSEY CITY, NEW JERSEY FOR TWO DAYS WHEN I GET THE FOLLOWING: “For this case,please kindly go to the post office to pick up the package.
Looking forward to hearing from you.”
3. On November 18, 2015---SAME DAY AS MESSAGE ABOVE—I get “Please contact with the fedex of the old address.”
The last two messages make absolutely no sense—in addition to being poor English—I am supposed to pick up the battery at the post office in Jersey City, New Jersey?????
THAT IS 1,232 MILES ONE WAY---nearly a 2,500 mile round trip to pick up a battery that cost less than $ 20.00
OR, am I supposed to “Contact with the fedex of the old address”—Since the nearest Fedex (who doesn’t have the package) is in Rolla, MO—a distance of 200 miles round trip for a package which is in Jersey City, New Jersey and, as far as I can determine has been there for three days.

"Ordered the laptop battery for my Presario V2000. When it arrived it didn't fit. Since I am a regular customer and had to return a defective laptop battery for my Dell a few years ago I looked up their phone number in New Brunswick, New Jersey which is where I called a few years ago and it was disconnected. No new number to call. Now it has to be done by email.
I emailed and received an answer a few days later and they requested a photo of the wrong battery. I sent a photo of my old battery and the new battery. I had to repeatedly email them for more than a week with them telling me "please wait a few more days" several times only to realize in the end that I ordered a battery for the DV2000 instead of the V2000. With their old phone number that would have been straightened out with one phone call.
I will update if and when I get my refund or exchange.
I don't know what happened to T-Mart, but they aren't what they used to be."
