Ordered a few items online before 10:00 AM on Friday the 18th. Did not receive an email stating the parts were ready for pick up until Wednesday the 23rd. Ridiculous amount of time. I wanted them by Monday the 28th. Hmmm, if you order parts at the parts counter they arrive next day but f you order through the online Tony Divino Toyota website yourself then there’s not a priority. Seem’s that way. Plus it takes forever for them to walk in the back to retrieve your orders. I almost fell asleep. Must have a poorly organized filing system back there.
Lastly, went to the parts counter to make a purchase at 8:00 one morning. Stood there for a full 10 minutes just waiting for help. People going in and out of their back room but no one bothered to say anything.. Maybe get a bell or buzzer. So after leaving feeling frustrated and not very important, I’ll prob never make another purchase there again unless forced too. I’ll just order from Sparks or another Dealership and wait for shipping. Less headaches.

"I'm concerned about my recent experience with Tony Divino Toyota. I recently requested to have several services completed on my 2009 Tacoma. I requested an oil change, brake fluid flush, power steering flush, 4x4 service and fluid and front and rear brakes serviced. I was advised to have the water pump replaced because it was showing signs of leaking. I was also advised to replace the front struts and rear shocks because of rust on the components. I authorized the servicing team to have the additional components replaced. So, a lot of work was completed the first day and the cost was considerable for that amount of work. A couple days after the work was completed, I was inspecting the engine area under the hood and noticed that the top radiator plastic cover was missing. I returned the truck later to Tony Divino to get the front and rear shocks replaced because they were put on order and had to wait for them to arrive. I advised the servicing team that they had forgot to reinstall the top radiator cover. They could not locate the original part and had to order a new one. Also on the second visit, I had to pay for another 4 wheel alignment because the front struts had to be replaced which required another alignment. After the second visit, I noticed that the alignment did not feel right driving down the road and noticed that the steering wheel was off center as well. I had to later return the truck again to have the radiator cover installed that was ordered. I also had to request correcting the alignment again. So after the third visit, the radiator cover was installed and the alignment was corrected. Upon returning home, I inspected the engine area to look at the new installed radiator cover. I noticed that not all of the plastic fasteners holding the radiator cover on were the correct fasteners. several off them were the incorrect fasteners and completely loose. Being frustrated with this issue, I just decided to order the correct fasteners online thru Toyota parts. Those parts arrived to my house and I installed them with no problems.
So, my feedback with Tony Divino Toyota is about the quality of the work. I feel that there is no attention to detail to ensure that the work is completed and that all related parts are reinstalled on the vehicle. A lot of work was just completed by the servicing team like the brakes, rotors, drums, brake fluid, power steering fluid, 4x4 servicing, struts and shocks and the water pump. I'm really concerned because how do I know that there are no other additional parts missing parts like bolts, washers, seals, etc. I'm not a car mechanic and I should not feel like I need to crawl under the vehicle or follow up and closely inspect to see if something looks like it was missed. I've never had any issue with Tony Divino Toyota over the last 20 years. My 2009 Tacoma has always been serviced at this location. But I feel like don't have any trust that any service, basic or complex will receive the proper attention to detail to just make sure everything is completed fully and parts don't go uninstalled. I'm concerned that the servicing team is about quantity and not quality."
