I received no email updates or other communication about my order. After over ten days had passed with no shipment (still "processing"), I called them and cancelled my entire order. "The item I ordered through no fault of Toolbarn turned out to be not what I needed. When i tried to return it they claimed that it stated on the website that they did not offer returns and I would have to talk to the manufacturer for a possible refund. I rechecked Toolbarns website and no where did it list that refunds we not possible. I contacted the manufacturer who in turn contacted Toolbarn and made them accept the return and refund my money minus shipping costs."
