"I ordered a tool bucket bag and selected the "2 -day shipping" for the item's shipping. After about two weeks, I emailed sales and asked what the status was and they said that the "manufacturer was contacted" and that the item would be shipped out to "tool barn".
Basically, the item (in my opinion) was put in the back burner and I would be charged for the 2 day shipping charge, after tool-barn received and sent the tool bucket/bag to me......needless to say, after 3 weeks, I cancelled the order. I must have been an inconvenient customer....I am not certain....(sorry for the hassle, etc.)....
