"My wife is a substitute para that works outside at recess in MI. It's cold in the winter here and the Dewalt heated jacket does a pretty good job of keeping her warm on cold days. It's not quite as toasty warm as she would like, but she said she could feel the heat. (She would keep house at 80F all day if she could). Toolbarn shipped it the same day I ordered and got it to me before Christmas. Had to pay for 2-day shipping, but well worth it. Very satisfied. "

When my order did not arrive I emailed ToolBarn. 4 or 5 emails latter I was still confused as to the status of my order. It was shipped, then it hadn't shipped, then it was on back order, then it was on discontinued by the manufacturer. 5 weeks latter I finally received the product. It did not matter to me the amount of time it took to arrive as I no longer needed the tool. I only ordered the tool so I could have it for the next job. My issue truely was I really never knew the status of my order"
