"Perhaps I didn't read the "fine print" before I bought my item, but finding out their return policy, after I received my item....I wasn't impressed. Not only that, my item wasn't covered, meaning they just slapped a shipping label on the Dewalt box....at least cover up the box with plastic or place in another box so no one knows what it is...if you order from ToolBarn, be sure it isn't a gift you're buying for someone in your household. And, if you want to return the item, you have to call them first, get their permission, pay to ship it back and lastly pay a 20% restocking fee. Better off selling your item rather than returning to ToolBarn.
