"I've bought tools from them a few times, and never had a reason to complain. Just last week I ordered a new vacuum pump kit, and today (9/1/2020) it arrived via FedEx ground. My last order was in December 2018, a couple SK socket sets. Again, no problems. "On July 13, 2020 I placed an online order for items shown to be in stock. On July 14, 2020 I received an email stating my order would ship in 1-2 weeks. With covid I was OK with that. On August 8, 2020 I still hadn't received my order and sent email for update. On August 10 sent another email and finally received a response stating they did not have them in stock.
On August 14, 2020 I received 4 of the 10 items I ordered. On the same day I sent an email request for an update as to status of remaining 6 items, no response.
On August 14, 2020 sent another request for update response, again silence. To date it has been 29 BUSINESS days and 40 calendar days and order still not complete, but yet my card was charged for the entire order.

I will never order from this site again and highly recommend before you do call them to see if they have items in stock to ensure you will get your order."

The man knew what I was talking about as soon as I gave him the item #, checked, & said it was in stock. I went online (on a Friday), ordered my tool, & chose 2-day delivery.
