It took multiple emails for tool discounter to respond and all they did was lie about the order. Told me they are sorry and the tools weren't in stock but would ship out FedEx expedited on 11-21. This also didnt happen. On 11-24 I got a FedEx tracking # and now they are scheduled to be delivered on 11-29. We will see. Stay far away from this company. "I ordered a fuel injector cleaner canister. It came with no damage to the box. Upon opening noticed the coupler sleeve was flat spotted on two sides. Wont open. Cant use it. They wont replace it. Says takes two weeks to get another one. It's in stock from the manufacturer. Why cant they send another unit with a return label for the bad one??? Getting the run around. "don't do business with tooldiscount.com I ordered something on 4/16 and they stated it would take a week or 2 to get it to me. On 4/30 it was still a week or two out. On 5/6 It still was a week out, I told them I wanted a full refund. I filed a complaint with the BBB on 4/9 because not even a pending on the refund into my account and the company doesn't care they said funds are out of our account and still on 4/10 nothing even pending on my account. I have tried everything in my power to be civil but they are draging it out so I am going to be petty until I get my money back. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with them"
