Sorry for the late reply only as a UK buyer i have to wait for customs etc. I am very pleased with my purchase and find the tracking service invaluable. The only thing i would like to see as an overseas buyer is perhaps a discount on products equivalent to the Free Shipping US customers get.

"Ordered an item that was listed as having a great price. Toolking's site stated there was only one in stock. I ordered it only to receive an email days later that they didn't have the item in stock. My credit card was already charged for the item and it had to be refunded to my card a couple days later. I did, however, receive an email from customer service stating they will notifiy me if the item comes back in."

Getting the wrong product took 10 days. On the night of the 26th (delivery day), I sent a painstakingly detailed email to ****@**** explaing what had happened, which resulted in them telling me by email the next day (literally) nothing except to call the 800 support line. So don't waste your time with ****@****.

Today, the 27th, I called the 800 number. They told me that the product came from a distributor, and only the distributor could verify that it was the wrong product, so another 48 hours to wait for a response from the distributor. That should take me to the 29th, or, since it's a weekend, to the 30th.

So let's say the distributor admits the issue. Now I have to wait for a call back from the 800 support line to get a shipping label to send the wrong one back. Best case, I would get that on the 30th, and get the wrong one back into the shipping stream that afternoon.

Staying with best case, the support people see the returning package in the stream on the 1st, and order the correct package to be delivered to me. If I'm lucky, I'll get it in the same amount of time it took the first time (10 days). This will take me to the 11th of May.

If anything at all goes wrong, or there is any delay, it will be June before I have the product I ordered on my doorstep.

What should have happened is they should be cross-shipping me the correct product RIGHT NOW by the fastest reasonable speed and they should have sent me a paid shipping label for the incorrect product TODAY when I talked to them. They can work out whatever is wrong with their distributor, as the end user their distribution problems ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE MY PROBLEMS. For part of my job I do RMA's for computer equipment almost every day, so I've seen the way this kind of thing can be done well. What I've seen from tool king so far is not doing it well.

I'm displeased right now. These are gardening products which means I can't get the jobs done that need them NOW for at least another few weeks. If they manage to resolve this quickly, I might acutally stay a customer. If not, or (god help them) if they try to charge me anything to return ship the wrong product, it's the last they'll see me as a customer, but not the last they hear from me online.
