"I ordered a bunch of items, only one was shipped from the seller. The table saw was shipped directly from the manufacturer (steel city). I also ordered a zero-clearance table insert and dado insert. These were also sent to manufacturer to deliver to me. I never received any shipping notifications from the steel city items. When I called toolking, the rep told me the website will update my order status on the items that will ship from steel city and I will have a tracking number. That was not the case. I got a call form the freight company once the item was nearby to schedule a delivery. No big deal. To my surprise, the dado insert was not shipped. No explaination why. I called steel city, they said the item was on backorder -> no big surprise there either. Called toolking to cancel that item as steel city expected it to be available in 4 weeks. Toolking rep said they will confirm and call me back. Heard nothing. Left a email. Got confirmation from automated system that the ticket will be handled soon. Heard nothing back. Called toolking and rep says she answered the ticket. Waiting for confirmation that steel city will cancel order before paying me back. Just a roundabout way of doing things and lack of communication between steel city and toolking. "
